CoolEarth is the official Mongol Rally charity and aims to stop deforestation by supporting communities living in the rainforests and putting an end to excessive deforestation. Those who are destroying our rainforests for short-term material benefit will ultimately bring about a poorer quality of life for every living thing on this planet. 

 CoolEarth helps local communities face up to these threats and helps protect our environment for future generations.

CoolEarth est l'association caritative officielle du Mongol Rally et vise à arrêter la déforestation en soutenant les communautés vivant dans les forêts tropicales et en mettant fin à la déforestation excessive. Ceux qui détruisent nos forêts tropicales pour un bénéfice matériel à court terme apporteront finalement une qualité de vie plus pauvre pour chaque chose vivante sur cette planète.

Finally, after some problems with the car, we left with 48 hour delay... So we departed from Folkestone on sunday 15th at 3 am, then arrived in Calais at 4. 30 am. We then drove non-stop from Calais via Belgium and Germany ( loved the autobahn with no speed limit ) to get to Czech Republic at 5.30 pm, right on time to register before the closing time at 6pm. So it was close but we made it ! there are approximately 900 participants, the ratio of women per men is of 3 women for 35 guys ! There was around 450 cars We got to see some Mongol Wrestling vs participants and some fire show ! We are on the road !! Finalement, après quelques problèmes avec la voiture, nous sommes parties avec 48 heures de retard ...  Nous sommes donc parties de Folkestone le dimanche 15 à 3 heures du matin, puis nous sommes arrivés à Calais à 4h30 du matin. Nous avons ensuite conduit sans escale de Calais via la Belgique et l'Allemagne (nous avons adoré l'autoroute sans limite de
